Not a Consumer Reporting Agency. This website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). No material on this site, or returned by a third-party tool it links to, may be used for credit, employment, insurance, tenant screening, or another FCRA-regulated decision.
How Current Is Information?
Rolls are corrected, offices change portals or fees, collections move, and digitization changes available coverage. These pages are intended to remain useful, but no detail is guaranteed current or correct at a given time. Confirm a record with its custodian before relying on it.
Not Legal Guidance
Nothing here is legal advice. The reference identifies record sources and describes how Kettering-area rolls and directories generally work; it does not replace advice from a licensed attorney.
Personal Information Must Be Used Lawfully
Public rolls support transparency, not harm. Do not use information reached through this reference to stalk, harass, intimidate, or injure anyone. Misuse of personal information can violate Ohio or federal law and breaches the Terms of Use.
Search Tools Supplied by Others
Some pages include search boxes supplied by third-party companies. We do not control their results, pricing, or handling of submitted data, and their results are not FCRA-compliant consumer reports.
External Sources
Links can lead to the Montgomery County Auditor and Recorder, election lookups, court searches, Dayton Room collections, archives, and similar sources. We are not responsible for an outside source's content, accuracy, or availability.
Records Remain With Their Custodians
This reference does not hold government rolls, directory volumes, court files, or vital records. It points to offices, libraries, and portals that do. Contact the custodian directly to obtain, verify, or correct a record.
